Key Responsibilities - Software Development:
- Design & Implement Solutions: Learn, design, and implement scalable and resilient technical solutions.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for your assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with teammates and mentors to deeply understand the technology and products you're working with.
- Data Engineering: Tackle complex data engineering problems with innovative solutions.
- Cloud-Native Development: Develop products using Cloud Native technologies and ensure top-notch customer experience.
- Adhere to Best Practices: Follow industry best practices to enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Clear Communication: Regularly update your manager, peers, and leads with your progress, ensuring transparency in your work.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Education: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Computer Science, or Information Technology. (Passing year 2023 or 2024).
- Software Engineering Principles: Basic understanding of software development methodologies, object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring, and debugging.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to document requirements and specifications effectively.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night or evening shifts as per business requirements.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Excellent design, problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming: Basic knowledge in Python, C#, Java, or other programming languages, along with an understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Database Management: Basic knowledge of databases, SQL/PL-SQL, query writing, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Theoretical knowledge of AI/ML & ChatGPT is advantageous.
