Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing new features and resolving issues within an internal machine learning model focused on identifying errors in vehicle telematics. You will work in an Agile scrum team, collaborating on various modules and subsystems within the test framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Engineering: Develop new features and fix bugs for a machine learning model designed to detect errors in vehicle telematics.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile scrum team, contributing to different modules and subsystems of the test framework.
Mandatory Skills
- Python Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Python for developing machine learning models and scripts.
- Machine Learning Proficiency: Expert-level experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Clustering Algorithms: Proficient in clustering algorithms such as K-means and hierarchical clustering for data grouping.
- Classification Algorithms: Strong expertise in classification algorithms, including decision trees, support vector machines, and random forests, applicable to tasks like image recognition, NLP, and recommendation systems.
- Database Management: Proficient in both relational and non-relational databases, particularly MySQL. Experience in schema design and query optimization is essential.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, multi-threading, multi-process handling, and memory management.
- Model Evaluation: Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and techniques.
- Production Deployment: Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments.
- Version Control: Currently working in an Agile environment with proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Desired Skills
- API Development: Knowledge of RESTful API design and experience in developing web applications using Flask or Dash.
- Automotive Protocols: Familiarity with automotive communication protocols like SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, FlexRay, MOST, and Ethernet.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within teams.
